I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Alko Renovations. Altin and his team did an amazing job doing our full house renovation: Bathroom remodelling, new flooring, plastering, painting, new ceiling, making alcove unit and many more.
When I first met Altin to show around the house, he seemed the type who knows about building work, he is the owner and manages project but is also hands on in doing the work. He gave me a quote which we felt fine with and began the work. He adhered to the start date. Altin never took shortcuts and always suggested and did better work even if it meant extra work for him. Eventually, he did a bunch of small things like lock changes for free. He asked X% advance and then said whenever something gets done(like bathroom) pay that amount which was fair. And he was never in rush to ask for payments.
With builders, there is always uncertainty of work not getting finished on time, but I am glad our work got delivered on time and with good Quality. It's been 2 months we are living in our new house and no major complains so far. It was a fun project working with Altin and his team and I will definitely ask him for future projects.
