I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Alko Renovations. Altin and his team did an amazing job doing our full house renovation: Bathroom remodelling, new flooring, plastering, painting, new ceiling, making alcove unit and many more.
When I first met Altin to show around the house, he seemed the type who knows about building work, he is the owner and manages project but is also hands on in doing the work. He gave me a quote which we felt fine with and began the work. He adhered to the start date. Altin never took shortcuts and always suggested and did better work even if it meant extra work for him. Eventually, he did a bunch of small things like lock changes for free. He asked X% advance and then said whenever something gets done(like bathroom) pay that amount which was fair. And he was never in rush to ask for payments.
With builders, there is always uncertainty of work not getting finished on time, but I am glad our work got delivered on time and with good Quality. It's been 2 months we are living in our new house and no major complains so far. It was a fun project working with Altin and his team and I will definitely ask him for future projects.

Altin took on a big renovation project for us at the end of 2023. He and his team stripped out a derelect flat, rebuilt several walls and designed a whole new flat.
Thoughout the project Altin was great to work with. He took time to understand what we wanted and our budget, helped make design suggestions, and was always fair and kind in his interactions with us. Altin delivered the project on time and to a high standard. We would work with him again and recommend him to others.

After a year of searching for a builder I could trust, I found Altin. From the moment I met him, I had a good impression. He was easy to talk to, listened to my ideas, and explained step by step how he would complete the project and how long it would take. Altin (and his team) renovated my entire flat. The work included electrical rewiring, plumbing, carpentry (including a bespoke bookcase, alcove shelving, new door frames, architraves, skirting, and internal doors), floor levelling, tiling, painting, plastering, as well as the installation of a new bathroom and new kitchen. Altin and his team were able to handle every aspect of the renovation with ease, and the end result is a beautiful living space that exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend Altin and his team highly enough. They were professional, courteous, and incredibly skilled at their craft. They made the renovation process a pleasure, and I am thrilled with the end result.
